Deployement of integrated Project Management
Almelys provides consulting and carries out integration, programming, training, and technical support linked to the tools. Our consultancy has an adversory role throughout the process and is responsible for current situation analysis, for drafting the various specifications, for aid in decision-making regarding the choice of tools, for the pilot phase and for deployement, training and coaching.
Operational support
We guaranty both project control and project management autonomy. We work closely with the program/project manager and in charge of the structuring, planning, timetable and financial monitoring, risk management, development of specific report log sheets and of the project team management and coordination. Our consultants are skilled in carrying out the project management and in definition areas improvement during the project.
